Turns out before we got this house my boyfriends dad had called out a different company that drained one tank for 1,500. They pointed that out to us and did both tanks for less. He does not cut corners like the last company we hired. He was very professional, courteous, thorough and efficient. He came out the same day I called! And the price was far better than we expected! The best service we've ever had. We had a septic emergency (pump died and tank became overfull) and they came out within the same day and they did not overcharge us. Their prices were beyond fair and they were so honest and they did not overcharge! They also gave us information on how to replace our pump and where to go get one for a good price. She even rewired and prepared all the electrical for the new pump. We will be using them every and any time we have a septic need.
